All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. A written contract must be signed before any work begins.
We provide warranties for our works as outlined in project agreements. Warranty coverage excludes damages caused by misuse, natural disasters, or unauthorized modifications.
All images, designs, reports, and content created by Astur Conlog Ltd remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Astur Conlog Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or website.
We treat client information and project data as confidential and will not share it without permission, except where legally required.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services if these Terms are violated.
Astur Conlog Ltd shall provide services as described in written agreements, proposals, or purchase orders. Changes to the scope must be agreed in writing and may affect costs or delivery times.
All works will follow applicable Kenyan, Somali, and international engineering standards, as well as environmental and safety regulations.
The Client shall ensure Astur Conlog Ltd has safe and timely access to work sites, utilities, and storage areas, and will provide necessary permits or clearances.
We operate under strict health, safety, and environmental policies. All site personnel must adhere to our safety rules. Astur Conlog Ltd reserves the right to halt works if unsafe conditions arise.
Heavy equipment supplied or operated by Astur Conlog Ltd shall only be used by authorized personnel. Damage caused by misuse may be billed to the Client.
Delivery times for goods and materials depend on availability, customs, and transport conditions. The company is not liable for delays beyond its control.
All works and supplies are subject to internal quality checks. The Client may inspect completed works, but defects caused by misuse or third parties are not covered.
Infrastructure projects carry a warranty as defined in the contract. Warranty does not extend to normal wear, natural disasters, or unauthorized alterations.
Project data, designs, and customer records are confidential and shall not be disclosed without prior consent, except as required by law.
The company is not responsible for delays or failure due to events beyond its reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, war, strikes, pandemics).
Astur Conlog Ltd may subcontract portions of a project to qualified partners, ensuring the same standards of quality and safety.
Either party may terminate services with written notice if the other party breaches these terms or becomes insolvent. Payments for completed work remain due.
Disputes shall first be settled amicably through negotiation. If unresolved, they shall be referred to arbitration in Kenya or Somalia under applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved in Kenyan courts.
We may update these Terms at any time. Updates take effect once published on this page.
